Charlotte Bluegrass Festival

Association Information Table at the Charlotte Bluegrass Festival
We need volunteers to help at our table. The duties include collecting dues, selling merch, and giving information about the Association. The times will be in one-hour shifts between 12:00 pm. and 4:30 Thursday through Saturday. Send email to Pam to volunteer.

Association meeting at the Charlotte Bluegrass Festival
Friday, June 26, at 10:00 a.m. at Bill Warren’s camper. Check at our table for the location of the camper.

Instrument Petting Zoo at the Charlotte Bluegrass Festival
Saturday June 27, at 10:00 a.m. under the Pavilion. Kids are especially welcome, but anyone can attend and try out instruments in our “Zoo.” We need some volunteers to help attendees, contact us at: smbluegrass@gmail.com to volunteer.

Association Hats
A limited number of hats will be available at the Association table at the Charlotte Bluegrass Festival. The price is $20. Get yours  early before they sell out!

Association T-shirts
T-shirt vendor, Mrs. Becky King, will make shirts with the Association Logo. The shirts will be available in any color or size she has available, with our logo on the front, They will be $25, $30 for sizes 2x and 3x. The Association will get $5 for each shirt sold.

Our Instrument Petting Zoo Will be Back in Action this Summer!

We will be setting up the Instrument Petting Zoo on  Saturday, June 27 at 10 a.m., as part of the Charlotte Bluegrass Festival at the Eaton County Fairgrounds in Charlotte, Michigan. Kids of all ages are welcome to try out a bluegrass instrument!

The Fourth Annual Jamboree at the Webster Township Historical Village, 5583 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI is Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 2-7 p.m. Marcia Bailey is bringing the Association Instrument Petting Zoo, and members of the Association will be on hand to help kids of all ages try out an instrument!
